Same issue here. Might ditch ecobee over this. Tried both settings: Settings > Install Settings > Equipment > Furnace > Fan Control in Heat Mode > HVAC. Settings > Install Settings > Equipment > Furnace > Fan Control in Heat Mode > Thermostat. Both do the same thing. At the end of the heating cycle, it kicks off then kicks back on immediately.
Currently into Ecobee from PEK: R wire into Rc port. G wire into C port. W wire into W1 port. Y wire into PEK port. I installed the Ecobee 3 Lite today and I cannot get it to run the fan with the AC consistently. AC unit outside starts and runs flawlessly, but the fan won’t turn on. Sometimes it will and then it’ll get the house to the desired temp, then next time it won’t turn the fan on. It’s very inconsistent and frustrating.
