Battery was replaced so I know it's not at fault. I do get the dreaded stumbling/misfiring that I hear so many others complain about with these Acadias, but I have 95k ...the fiilling up/hard start issue is related to overfilling. Over time it causes issues with the valve. I believe there are 2 valves--- one is on top of the gas tank- the 2nd is close to the engine. Usually changing the one by the engine will correct the issue.
