The only difference in a good inexpensive 1911 and a high end one is mostly bling, or refinements that 95% of shooters can't take advantage of. I haven't had a Tisas, but I did at one time own more than one Rock Island, and they shot just as well as my Colt or SA pieces. I hope you enjoy shooting the good old 1911 A1.
