In this video I'll review the Staccato XC. I'll let you know my true thoughts on the gun and whether it's worth buying or not.

Staccato pistols have been all the rage for years now. Yet, we still have tons of customers that are curious about them. "Are they worth it?" Do they live up...That's a tone of difference . Now the dealer did tell me from teh standard staccato it's more then just bending the Sear spring . All the other parts are stoned differently . He said a Drop in kit from Nighthawk will get you to the lighter trigger in Staccatos limited guns . I said it is 3.5 lbs .Recently picked up a Staccato P Duo locally. Worth it because STI controls the price so it's the same no matter where you go. Comes with two extendo twenties and a flush fit seventeen round mag. IT ALSO INCLUDES ALL THE MOUNTING PLATES FOR EVERY SIGHT COMPATIBLE WITH THE DUO SYSTEM.

Is staccato worth it. Things To Know About Is staccato worth it.

It works great and is one of half dozen polymer pistols I have. I know that no one can tell me if it’s actually worth the money or not as that is a personal choice, but I’m considering buying one of these Staccatos. I’m interested in hearing from folks who have experience with this line of pistols. I’m most interested in the optics ...TX-1911. Same boat here. Ideally on my SBR’s I’ve got a Aimpoint Acro and Steiner MPS. Work great but on a small footprint looks goofy. Tried a friends with the RMRcc and harder to find the dot. The Holosun was ok, but the SRO (looks a bit goofy but was great). Downfall is not as potentially durable as the RMR or RMRcc.Staccato C2 vs CS: Size and Capacity. These two Staccatos are extremely similar in terms of size and capacity. The CS is slightly smaller than the C2, measuring 5.6” tall, 1.2” wide, and 7.1” long with a barrel length of 3.5” compared to the C2, which stands 5.6” tall, 1.3” wide, and 7.4” long with a barrel length of 3.9”.. Both compact pistols are …The DLC barrel XL is $3,700. The 5" DS9 Hybrid comes with DLC barrels standard (for certain color combinations) and is like $3,100. I don't own an XL, but do own a C2 and a CS and to me, the fit and finish and build quality on the DS9 is a step above. I actually think of the DS9 as a half-priced Atlas. The P fills a niche that the DS9 does not ...If you want a double stack 1911/2011 - you’re really limited to custom or Para/Bul/RIA, the Staccato is really the best choice (imho) for the money. Mine loves to 124 grain the best. It’s super flat shooting and just wants to go fast. Imho, since the grip is fatter, it’s feels more comfortable in my hand. Accuracy is a touch less so than ...

Imo, save your money. The serrations are mainly aesthetic, and aren't functional in the way you're hoping for. Negative sire. I think they look like gills and I 'on't like it. If you gonna spend 3k on a gun, what's another 200 for the cuts. They look really good and are actually functional if you shoot.I just feel like the option to run a comp or suppressor would be nice. even though I might never do it but I do see the option for staccato to fit a threaded barrel for $650. I am very frugal so seeing that price hurts lol. I got the threaded barrel and silenced mine. Hate it …

Reminder: absolutely no Buy/Sell/Trade. New Staccato CS model. Looks like 16rd Capacity, takes its own mags, external extractor. Staccato flavored Bul Armory UL, essentially - they're apparently releasing more info after 5pm CT today. The UL's a pretty big seller for BUL, so not surprised they went this direction. The P shoots a little better than C2 and the C2 shoots only a tiny bit better than the CS at least in my hands. Carrying them in a holster, the CS is lighter, easier to conceal and more comfortable hands down. The C2 would likely work with a heavier belt and some heavier outer garments but it's just heavier. than the CS.

In summary, the Staccato P consistently outperforms my polymer pistols in terms of precision, particularly beyond 20 yards. While achieving high 90s or even a perfect score on a B-8 target with 10 shots at 25 yards might seem challenging with other handguns, the Staccato makes it feel attainable with proper focus on the iron sights. As a Staccato P owner, looking more and more like Springfield Prodigy is worthy competition. You think staccato trigger are good ? 😂 Yikes I think they are hot garbage! I truly think staccato should be embarrassed with their oem trigger. "Duty" my ass more like Lazy. Seriously my MIM internals GI, garrison, and Kimber all have better trigger pull than both my P and C2. Honestly that garrison has a tighter frame slide fit too.

Staccato P 4.15 vs normal P. Most people like the look of the 4.15.”. Myself as well. However, quality wise this will not be superior to the standard 4.4”. 4.4 will shoot a little better for most people because of the longer barrel but full length dust cover always looks sexier, so it’s really just preference.Staccato is making big waves in the single action, double stack market, and their new Staccato CS is more a smaller, easier to carry model. Think of it as an Officer's Model of their larger 9mm ...No reason against them. Always traded for a better staccato. Traded them towards a ported p and an xc. Only real downside to staccatos is the $80 mags imo. 8.

I currently run this setup and like the flexibility of being able to shoot suppressed when I'd like. I've considered that - but my Staccato is 100% a competition gun, so I don't ever see the need to suppress it. I have a bit of experience with firearms and have carried used several flavors. I am not saying the C2 is the best 2011 but I will say it is my favorite 2011 to carry and it is the gun I chose over a Wilson 1911, Wilson edcx9, Glock 21 (non fancy custom) Nighthawk.

Nighthawk: Premium materials, hand built, hand fit, aluminum grip module, better track record/past performance. Staccato: mass produced/production gun, plastic grip, cheaper (unless you're looking at XC), sti had issues and a noticeable amount of staccatos seem to go back for warranty.

Eh. Yes, with the caveat being is there a point of diminishing return where you aren’t gaining anything by having a Staccato over another duty pistol. $2800 would buy you a ton of supplemental training and ammo for your current pistol that would make you an overall better tactician, shooter, and asset.
