The Uworld questions probably have weak to no correlation since they're used at varying points during a study cycle, so the only good correlations that will help you will be AAMC FLs. I’m averaging around 57% in bio and biochem on UWorld and even the questions I get correct I’m really proud of myself for understanding because they require some pretty in depth understanding of the material. Use Uworld to hone in on your weak topics and don’t focus on the % right or wrong, just focus on understanding the material & developing techniques for attacking questions on topics you know nothing about. It is harder in the scope of questions it asks (aka content).
