Line is getting only 11.5 volts when key is turned on, then 12 volts for a few seconds when key is turned off. solenoid doesn't seem to click when key is turned on but vibrates in my hand for 3 seconds when key turned off. It doesn't have a plunger I can see must be a new design. I could see bubbles entering the top fuel filter and the fuel level gradually going down. When it was nearly empty it would sputter.
