Ive had mouse over heals for healing for about two years in ffxiv. I have mo for my three "heals" per healer. The basic heal, the special heal (cure 2, adlo, benefic 2) and the small/special heal (regen, embrace (fairy), aspected benefic). You don't need mo for aoe heals of course.
