Default moulds give average of ~34 quality and BIS moulds give average of 59 quality. It takes 92 vs 80 rune/addy swords without vs with BIS moulds. Takes 113 vs 98 mith/addy swords without vs with BIS moulds. So BIS moulds take like 3 hours to unlock and save ~1.5 hours on outfit grind, plus you get more xp/bar on the way to outfit.
