If you're like me and waited until the epilogue (Cornwall is shut down by then and not an option) try van horn, hide behind the counter at the saloon and aim for the elbows - also, I've seen others say to only use deadeye on the first shot since it will count as a reload every time you enter it, tho I didn't test it myselflancaster with explosive rounds , they don't have to be perfect just dead and the lancaster holds 14 rounds. Don't use deadeye, that automatically reloads. I've heard eagle eye resets the count too, so maybe avoid that. I just grab the varmint rifle and shoot a few birds.
