Sharepoint members vs site members

I would like to allow visitors of a SharePoint site (created from a Team that I am the Owner of) to be able to upload and view documents only. I have created a Permission Level for Adding and Viewing items. I have also created a new Group in which this new Permission Level is applied to each visitor added to this new group..

I want to set the access permission requests to be sent to the site group who manage the site, but my only options are an email address or the site owner group (which is the general pool). I cannot find where to change this in the non classic view.
