You can't make a water still, but you can add container shelves and bring water with you. Clay water bottles are good, hold 5 drinks each. You can use the coconut glitch to your advantage. Turn regular coconuts into drinkable coconuts, take only two drinks at a time then create a pile. The drinkable coconuts will magically refill.Green Hell is by far the hardest imo, even the base game has a much steeper learning curve than stranded deep. 10x more threats than stranded deep.
