I found a glitch just a second ago and I've been trying to find out if someone else has found it too. Get telekinesis spell and hold down the cast key (I used a bowl) and aim the spell towards something like a bed and don't let go of the cast key. This should keep casting way after you run out of magicka and it levels you up.But, if you are using a "hold" spell (Telekinesis, Detect Life/Dead, Clairvoyance, etc) when that short period expires, you can continue holding the spell indefinitely.
