Using micropore tape, re-seal the cut you made in the bag. Cut open the bag with a sterile blade. Flame sterilize the needle. Inject 1cc of spores or liquid culture. Uncle Ben's Tek smell. I have never tried mushrooms nor smelled any fresh mushrooms, but am currently attempting to grow some. I put 1cc into 5 different bags, I cut the corner on 3 and just pushed the needle into 2. Today is day 10.
