If you plan on using him often, the performance increase from level 90 to level 100 is noticeable. He’s an AoE Arts Berserker with good loopage and damage, the potential for strong ramp in CQs, and easy crit access, but in exchange he has no survival tools, he has no useful utility, he has no instant battery, and he’s both debuff and RNG-reliant.
