I have a setting that if anyone @'s me or mentions my name in a chat, it will save/pin that message to the top of the chat, under Top Gifters/Top Cheerers for a minute or so. I have all 3 extensions (BTTV, FFZ, 7TV) but can't seem to remember where the setting is.Pretty much any video that gets a lot of views will bring viewers to a channel. I follow a few females that put their hands on their chest while engaging in some kind of discussion and ended up in the TwitchFails YouTube compilation. Our channel has recently reached Affiliate status and we have uploaded a channel trailer, but when someone navigates to our Twitch channel, the previous stream is what pops up as a default instead of our trailer. We've had several people from several accounts (including not being logged in) visit the channel with the same response.I suddenly stopped recieving channel points bonuses every 15 mins yesterday, and have tried everything to fix it, but no matter what channel I view I am no longer able to get channel point bonuses.
