Jun 17, 2021 · 2013 Climate Control Fan not changing speed. My fan (heater/air conditioner) is acting up. Regardless of what speed I turn the dial to, it stays the same. When I press the power off button, the fan speed increases. I get heat and a/c out of the vents.
