She is apparently an optional boss, so idk if killing, saving and reloading running back to her will work. But yeah Sheriff's Badge and Deputy's Badge both have 4 possible grades all same chances. Though relics can have as many as 16 and like in the case of ancient relics, don't have to have equal odds.
