I got the Warlock glaive pattern while playing normal Wellspring on my Hunter. That was before the hotfix, but in any case they didn't mention anything about buffing the exotic pattern drop rate, just the red border weapon drop rate. I'm still trying to get the Titan glaive pattern... I must have played about 50 normal Wellsprings since, with ...You might get it in two. the 2nd and 3rd exotic glaive patterns come from wellspring. it should show on the tooltip now that you have completed the 1st exotic glaive. you can get the pattern on any character - but the drop chance is low. Yeah it's a horrible system.

are you on that class? you need to be on a hunter to craft edge of concurrance - for example. You can only craft it on the same class as its for, warlock can craft their glaive, hunter thiers and titans thiers.
