Howdy Rcart, Welcome to the tractor forum. IMO, you are restricted to the RC48-G20, RC54-G20, or RC60-G20 mower decks to mount on a Kubota G1900. You might possibly modify another Kubota deck to fit a G1900, but I doubt that you would ever get it "right". I have an RC60-G20 deck.
This G1800 has the rear pto option, and has a directional valve to shift between rear pto lift and belly mower deck lift. It appears to have been many years since the mower was attached and used. Doesn't the BX1880 have an adjustment to how far the deck raises by turning a nut on the linkage connecting the 3PH to the deck lift hardware. Should be right behind the rear left wheel.
