While low attack on an offensive servant is disappointing, the stat spread fits perfectly with Cleo’s sustain-oriented kit, so it’s somewhat forgivable. Cleo’s NP gain is absurdly good. Her Arts card is fairly typical for her deck, at 2.12%, but her Quicks are excellent at 4.24% and her Extra is a ridiculous 6.36%.
