Find the oil check window on the crankcase. The window is near the rear of the crankcase toward the bottom. Clean the window with a rag if necessary and look at the oil level. The oil should be in the middle of the "add" and "full" markings. If your entire window is black, then you have too much oil in the engine.Probably till it runs out. In a car if there is too much it can foam and cause problems. Not really enough speed in these things for that. There are 3 plugs on a bayou diff. Drain, Check, and Fill. The check bolt is halfway up the diff, fill from the top until it starts coming out of the check hole.
