Check your Malibu’s owners manual or the fuse box cover to find the exact location of the fuse for the horn. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new one with the specified amp rating.

Wouldn't start 12/15 (would crank normally but wouldn't fire) f...took it to the dealer 12/16 and it started fine. They kept it 2 days for diagnostics and couldn't find anything.Here are a few other common problems 2016 Malibu owners have reported: Transmission issues. Trouble with rear visibility.
