The recording happens in Microsoft 365 and is saved to OneDrive or SharePoint, which must be enabled for the user. The user who initiated the recording will have to share the recording with the user on the other organization. After July 7, 2021, all recordings will be stored in OneDrive by default, unless your organization decides to opt-out.
