Faint positive 9 dpo

So my hubby and I have been trying to convince and we’ve had 2 missed miscarriages. one at 7 weeks and vanishing twin syndrome and lost the other twin at 8.5 weeks. I’ve had a d&C October 25th so my period supposed to be on the 21st. I’ve already had one cycle 5 …I got my bfp at 7-8 dpo. Positive digitals at 9dpo. been cramping and nauseous. I also had a very very small amount of implantation discharge.. I can't really call it bleeding. It was typical watery discharge but lightly pink tinted.
