With warriors it’s just some stuff about doing more damage, but it’s not really enough damage to get excited about, with rogues it’s summoning animals (worthless), maybe doing a little more damage (useless), crowd control (I always have mages in my party for that so it’s useless on a rogue). the only consequence i can think of is you'd get bored at how easy the game gets.
