Happened to me when my contraband stash was full and had a mission that gave a weapon completed. Most likely it's because you have 9/10 in contraband stash and completed 2 missions that give a weapon each. I ended up playing a different game for an hour, went back to dmz and it magically fixed itself. Try removing some contraband …CURRENTLY happening to me and its so frustrating.
