Our agent is using Verizon as preferred ISP. We have configured loopback IP address ( 127.0.0.1) on our corporate DNS for agentpc.westernunion.com URL. Whenever our Agent's PC browser makes a call to this URL we are expecting to resolve it to loopback IP and through it invoke local services running on this PC from our application.I tried changing my DNS settings to cloud flares free DNS ( 1.1.1.1 on primary and 1.0.0.1 on secondary) and had nothing but trouble. It's not the DNS, i used it with Spectrum before I switched, but the ASK had performance issues when i changed them… once i changed them back to default everything went back to normal. 1.How can I fix it, get it fixed or what are my options.
