New dialogue lines as well as tweaked dialogue for the existing Thieves Guild commentary. It turns Serena into basically a different person. Not arguing against the quality of the voice acting or singing, but the mod has massive mission creep imo and would almost be better off adding a new follower rather than shoehorning Serana into their image.
