Unfortunately the Ruger mini-14 folding stock model is listed as banned on the MSP's firearms search list. It does not give a specific model number just the " Ruger mini-14 folding stock model". Now the list is not legally binding as has been said here before but I am not sure you would want to pick that fight with MSP.The Ruger Mini-14 Side Folding Stock by Samson Mfg. is almost exactly the same as the original dating back to the seventies and eighties.
