Before now I’ve just selected a random video based on how much time I had and what I felt like working out that day ...Heat uses weights as much as Fuel did, but Fuel has more cardio. They're both great. Heat has more weights than Fuel. I finished week 9 of Heat, there’s definitely weight in everything except some of the cardio days. Today was dumbbell HIIT, which was rough!
