Grind em up like powder. Put them in a Mason jar. Then cover with high quality raw raw natural unpasteurized honey. Then time. Something about the raw honey helps.. But my ratio is 40/400. And that's roughly .5g per tsp. Pretty common thing if you just look up "blue honey" you'll find lots of stuff.
