Hello, Im not new to cruising with Carnival but I am recently hearing about the packages offered by the cruise line which include alcohol. Im specifically interested in the Cheers! program, which is 42.95 pp/per day. Ive read about the drink limit, and that every 21+ in each cabin must purchase t...State law having to do with unlimited alcoholic drinks. You have to have a special license in Texas (and probably New York) to serve unlimited drinks at a single price. Carnival choses not to pay for it. Royal Caribbean does for Galveston so their drink packages start day one.
