The 1301 Comp is a standard frame, the 1301T is not. It feels tiny in the hand and largely negates needing an SBS. For comparison, a Benelli M4 14" SBS with fixed stock is longer than a standard 1301T with Magpul stock. That's the magic of the 1301T, not the gas versus recoil operating systems.I think the benelli m4 is one of the more popular semi autos out there as far as militaries or police go.
