Collective impact is a network of community members, organizations, and institutions who advance equity by learning together, aligning, and integrating their actions to achieve population and systems level change. There are six workgroups in the early stages of formation to implement the collective impact strategies: Treatment/Recovery, Youth, Data, Criminal Justice Initiatives, Syringe Disposal, and Lived Experiences. The Leadership Committee for the Collective Impact (LCCI) ensures the workgroups remain focused on shared goals, metrics and visions.
