Project zomboid lower zombie count

So unless you lower that starting number, 1.0 is the normal population, so you should've had zombies right from the the start. I should also mention that zombies should reach the peak population regardless of respawn settings. Last edited by Death ; Jan 13, 2022 @ 7:00am. #11.

Personally, 1.0 population and 2.0 peak after 6 months is my ideal balance between the two.Riverside by far. Close to river for fishing, close to foraging zones and forests, low zombie count, tons of 2 story-high buildings in the right side of town with fences all around, easily accessible gas station, easily accessible stores with everything you could want, from food to weapons, and good car spawns.Zombie count is no longer affected by sandboxvars -- check out the zombies.ini file. :) Ahh thanks. We decided that we liked having hordes of zombies they were just a bit too tough for our liking so toned them down a tad. If i change the settings and restart the server will the zombie count changes take effect or does it need a server wipe? Thanks
