Nason ful thane
The recent thread about Gillespie paint prompts me to ask if anyone has any experience with Nason paint by DuPont. I see a lot of people recommend the Rapco paints but the haz Mat costs are a killer ($80/gal!) and I used to use DuPont's Imron paint so I checked with the local DuPont dealer and he recommended their Nason paint.547 posts · Joined 2005. #2 · Mar 22, 2008. You can easily apply 3 coats of clear. I have used ful thane by Nason and found it a very good economical paint. I have used different clear on it with no ill effects. Each painter has his own methods for cutting and buffing. I usually get very little orange peel in my clear.
