Illustrator guides not showing
Jul 26, 2023 · You can create ruler guides (straight vertical or horizontal lines) and guide objects (vector objects that you convert to guides). Like the grid, guides do not print. You can choose between two guide styles—dots and lines—and you can change the color of guides by using either predefined guide colors or colors you select using a color picker. Are you seeing two lines with a cross-hair or one line with an arrow?Disable "Snap to Point" and "Snap to Grid" in your view menu. This should fix it. Be sure of course "View>Smart Guides" is enabled, obviously you've done that. Go to Preferences>Smart Guides and be sure you have them set as you like, obviously you've done that.
