Also, the black hood that Straid gives you (he's the petrified guy in Lost Bastille) has it too, which is good with the Lion Clan Mage set, since that doesn't have any headgear. But the casting speed bonus is slight in the grand scheme of things. For instance you could get a single ring at +2 and it will give you more casting speed than the set+black hood combined. Then again you can stack it all up too. Each piece of lion mage armor gives +9 cast speed, so +27 total from the 3 piece set.10. 6.4.
