Autocratic Coaching A demanding, authoritarian type of coaching style often works best situationally rather than as a consistent practice. Heavy on micromanagement and singular control over all creative and practical decisions, autocratic coaching can be effective, but in the wrong hands, it can negatively affect a team's health and atmosphere.
